OpenCampux is provided as a tool for academic transparency and campus community engagement. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting false or malicious reviews.
• Harassing or defaming lecturers, staff, or fellow students.
• Attempting to bypass our anonymity systems or reverse-engineer student hashes.
• Spamming or advertising unauthorized commercial services.

Our marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform for student trade. OpenCampux does not directly handle goods or physical transactions.

• Verification: Only verified students may list items.
• Safety: We recommend all exchanges take place in public, well-lit campus areas.
• Prohibited Items: You may not list illegal goods, weapons, or items that violate university policy.
• Disclaimer: Platform administrators are not responsible for the quality of items or the outcome of private trades.

The "Hostel Hunter" section provides information on verified student accommodations.

• Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, hostel availability and pricing can change rapidly. Always confirm details directly with managers.
• Verification: "Verified" status indicates that our student team has confirmed the existence and basic standards of the property.

When purchasing event tickets through the platform:

• Digital Tickets: Tickets are delivered digitally and checked via secure scanning at the venue.
• Refunds: Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. OpenCampux only facilitates the booking.
• Entry: Organizers reserve the right to refuse entry based on venue-specific rules.
