Quality Guidelines

Great feedback is a powerful tool. Help your peers and school by providing constructive, honest, and objective insights.

1

Objectivity Over Emotion

Focus on the learning experience, the curriculum, and the teaching style. Whether your experience was positive or negative, try to be specific and actionable.

Do This

"Coursework was heavy but well-structured. Lecturer excels at explaining complex logic."

Not That

"I hated this class because the exam was too hard. Worst lecturer ever."

2

Zero Tolerance for Harassment

Anonymity is a shield for honesty, not a weapon for abuse. The following behaviors will result in immediate content removal:

  • Personal attacks or insults
  • Hate speech / discriminatory language
  • Vulgar or sexually explicit content
  • False accusations or defamation
4

Fair Trade & Marketplace Integrity

Our marketplace is built for student-to-student support. To maintain a safe trading environment:

  • Describe items honestly and accurately
  • No spamming or duplicate listings
  • No prohibited or illegal items
  • List only what you intend to sell
5

Respectful Housing Interactions

When interacting with hostel managers or visiting properties found on OpenCampux, maintain the highest level of professionalism. Your conduct reflects on the entire student community. Do not book tours or visits you do not intend to attend.

Moderation Policy: While we protect your identity, reviews or listings that violate these guidelines will be removed by our student moderation team to maintain OpenCampux's integrity.
